Sildenafil (Viagra) protects cyclic guanosine monophosphate (cGMP) from degradation by cGMP-specific phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5) in the corpus cavernosum.
Nitric oxide (NO) in the corpus cavernosum of the penis binds to guanylate cyclase receptors, which results in increased levels of cGMP, leading to smooth muscle relaxation (vasodilation) of the intimal cushions of the helicine arteries.
This smooth muscle relaxation leads to vasodilation and increased inflow of blood into the spongy tissue of the penis, causing an erection.

I tried it once a few years ago, not because I can’t get a stiffy I might add! More I wanted to be porking all night.
Gave me palpitations and a racing heart, ended up not doing any shagging until the effects started waring off, then I was happily porking away, Cialis is far better IMO, you can maintain a raging hard on at the drop of a hat, all night and a good portion of the next day in my experience, just make sure your lady is up for it…….or you pay her enough….*coughs

If you're turned on you get hard,some people can't because of restricted flow of blood, Viagra corrects that, so of course if you're not turned on it won't give you a hard on,
